252-1866Dr. Paul Keel’s work encompasses theoretical and applied research on the development of new models for computer supported collaboration, communication and coordination, both in teams and across organisations. Keel’s efforts are primarily aimed at supporting collaborative sense-making, learning and innovation in defense and education environments. Keel’s expertise draws from different disciplines including artificial intelligence, computer science, organizational management and architectural design.
Presently Keel is working on software technologies for the decentralized management, customization and flexible reuse of document contents for Government organisations. Other ongoing projects include: a computational platform for the computerized management and gamification of case studies and collaboration scenarios for business and Government education; a computational collaboration environment that estimates the expertise of individual intelligence analysts; and a technology solution focused on improving the decentralized intelligence exchange in command and control environments.
